What we do
We turn a real-world map region you select into a cartoon rug design using AI, then print and ship the rug via a third-party manufacturer (Prodigi).
Made-to-order, no returns
Every rug is made for you — we can't restock it. We don't accept returns on customer-designed rugs. If your rug arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
AI output
The AI-generated design is stylized and interpretive — it will not match the real map exactly. You're buying a cartoon rug of that place, not a scale reproduction of it. If the first generation isn't right, you can regenerate or refine before checking out. Once you've paid, the design is locked for printing.
Intellectual property
You grant us a license to use the map region and any feedback you provide for the sole purpose of producing your rug. The final design is yours to use personally. We may use anonymized aggregate examples (no customer info) in marketing — email us to opt out.
Shipping and delivery
Production times and shipping ranges on our Shipping page are estimates. We aren't liable for carrier delays or import-duty charges collected by your local customs authority.
Prohibited content
You must not use Ramoogie to design a rug of a location in a way that violates another person's privacy, infringes a trademark, or encourages illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
